We’re here for the hiccups that sometimes occur in pets’ lives that need immediate attention, but are not life-threatening. Our team is here to help your pet be more comfortable and get back on the road to health. Here’s a run-through of how we can assist you.

Urgent Care Visit—We Can Help With:
- Minor cuts, scrapes, lacerations, or bite wounds
- Pain, limping, or lameness
- Allergic reactions or asthma issues
- Ear infections
- Eye problems (redness or discharge)
- Dehydration
- Diarrhea or vomiting
- Urinary or stool changes
- Ticks, fleas, or mites
- Scooting or excessive licking
- Skin or nail issues
Veterinary Emergency—Needs to Be Seen Elsewhere:
- Trauma or serious accident (hit by a car, broken bones)
- Toxic or foreign body ingestion
- Choking or difficulty breathing
- Unconsciousness or paralysis
- Seizures
- Heatstroke
- Snake bite
Please note: If you need help determining if your pet is experiencing a true medical emergency, please call us. We will also be able to provide you with a list of the nearest veterinary emergency facilities, if needed.
What We Do Upon Your Arrival:
- Your pet will be checked in by an accommodating member of our front-desk staff, then paired with a technician who will measure your pet’s vitals and stability.
- Under the veterinarian's guidance, your pet will be queued for medical care with priority based on urgency.
- Once ready, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet and develop a care plan with you.
What We Can Offer During Your Visit:
- Assessment of your dog or cat's condition, diagnosis, and establishment of a treatment plan to get your pet on the road to recovery as soon as possible.
- Minor surgery to repair certain injuries if needed.
- Diagnostics via our state-of-the-art in-house laboratory and radiology equipment.
What To Expect Before You Leave:
- If necessary, your pet will be provided with medication from our small, in-house pharmacy to help support continued comfort and recovery.
- A full report including doctor's notes and available diagnostic results will be sent to your general care veterinarian.
- Aftercare information will be sent home with you, as well.
